Reticulation is where the silver is heated so hot that a layer of molten silver sits on top and can be manipulated with a flame to form texture.  These earrings are full of that texture and have then been cut into oblongs and decorated with 3 silver balls.  Stud fittings with butterfly closures complete the earrings.
